8 Hours of Beauty Sleep A Myth or A Trick to Achieve Health & Beauty Both:


Today I am going to talk about benefits of having right amount of sleep. We all have gone too busy in this technology world that whatever time we have after studies or work we spend it watching television or with mobile phone using whatsapp or facebook.


From my experience, I must tell you one thing, it is not a myth. It really does help you in many ways. When you go to bed on time and wake up after 8 hours or restful sleep you really do feel good. No less sleep and no more sleep, having 8 hours of sleep is an ideal time, if you will sleep more than 8 hours, lets just say for 12 hours you will feel like gross and will be even more stressed out.

Now here are some reasons from which you can learn why you must sleep well:

  • The more sleep you will get, the more clear your skin will be. Lack of sleep can lead to stress, which causes pimples and blackheads, even in adults. So, if you want to avoid pimples and blackheads then you should start sleeping at night.
  • Your skin heals itself during sleeping hours and apparently you will notice a fresher and rosy  looking skin if you will wake up after a restful sleep. It is not a myth, it is a 100% proved trick.
  • Beauty sleep also gives you brighter eyes. If you have lack of sleep then dark circles may appear under your eyes. Sleep well to avoid dark circles.
  • It also encourages healthy blood flow to your skin and you can have an even-toned skin.
  • By getting the right amount of sleep you will definitely feel better.
Many of you may think that it is easier said than done and you cannot get 8 hours of sleep in this busy routine but you are wrong. You can definitely have beauty sleep just by rescheduling. Try to sleep by 11pm in night if you have to wake up at 7am in the morning. Believe if you do so, you will be more happy and healthy because lack of sleep also affects our mood.
